Flame retardant reinforced PA56 is a novel product which the company introduced advanced foreign technology to develop. The product is widely applied to automobile industry, electronic, electric fields, etc., which has the advantages of nylon 46 and flame retardant reinforced nylon. Because of 290℃ melting point, its heat deflection temperature is up to 285℃, so it is stable in size when heated. Besides, the product has good mechanical property, such as good rigidity, creep resistance and fatigue resistance; in corrosion resistance, it is two times better than that of nylon 66; in oil proof and lubricant proof, it is also better than that of nylon 66; in electric property, it has good surface resistance, volume resistivity, dielectric strength and comparative arc, etc.

Environment friendly flame retardant filled PA6 is our new product, which is widely applied to automobile industry, electronic and electric industry, and traffic transportation, etc., and which belongs to a blank at home and abroad. The product has the technical characteristics as follows:
Introduce domestic senior engineers to consist of a research team, invite experts from domestic universities and research institutes to instruct us, design extrusion technology, and make up according to scientific methods;
Compared with domestic conventional flame retardant filled PA6 in physics and chemistry index, environment friendly flame retardant filled PA6 has the advantages as follows:
a) Non-toxic, non-polluting, flame retardant property up to V-0 grade and no bromine compound in the flame retardant;
b) Good creep resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and excellent electric property;
c) Good tensile strength and bending strength;
d) Because of low hygroscopic property, the product has small molding shrinkage.

The product has high mechanical strength and modulus, and can work under the conditions of high-temperature and high load for a long time.
Its flame retardance is up to V-0 grade, with stable size.
